SENATE BILL NO. 285 "An Act relating to medical assistance                                          
coverage for targeted case management services and for rehabilitative                               
services furnished or paid for by a school district on behalf of certain                            
children; and providing for an effective date" was read the second                                  
time.                                                                                               
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill                                 
be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final                              
passage. Senator Ellis objected.                                                                    
                                                                                                    
President Therriault stated SENATE BILL NO. 285 will be on the                                      
March 2 calendar.
